‘Over we go’ a new work in Bristol, UK to celebrate the opening of ‘The Dame’; a bar dedicated to the city’s infamous skate scene.

Over the past year Rich has been reimagining his comic style aesthetic toward minimal and monochromatic compositions and sculptural forms. For ‘The Dame’, a black wall is cut with sharp white lines detailing a person overcoming a brick wall. The work marks a playful celebration for the spirt of DIY culture in always progressing forward, lessons learnt from the subcultures of skate and graffiti from which his own creativity; like so many others, emerged.
